Competition Rules

Cancellations:

Entries received after the start of the competition will be added solely at the discretion of the Organizer.

Cancellations, missed heats, and scratches will not be eligible for refunds.

Any refunds given will be mailed by business check within 30 days after the close of the event, minus a $50 processing fee.

Payments:

We accept checks), zelle, and credit cards.

All credit card payments will be accompanied by a 4% fee.

A $50 surcharge will be issued on all returned checks.

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
